Adequacy Decision: Your Personal Information will be transferred to, and stored at/processed in Canada which was found to have an adequate level of protection for personal data under Commission Decision 2002/2/EC of 20 December 2001.
Model Clauses: The Personal Information is transferred within the Farther Farms group by way of the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of Personal Information to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2004/915/EC. Further, Personal Information is transferred to our providers by way of the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of Personal Information to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2010/87/EU.
